Our campsite is located on the side of the Lèze valley, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, on the departmental border of Haute-Garonne and Ariège in the sunny south of France. The rolling landscape, with corn- and sunflower fields, meadows, and forests succeeding each other, is eminently suitable for walking and cycling. On your excursions past rustic farms and through picturesque villages, the very friendly people of this region will approach you hospitably.

The Region Dordorgne is one of the most beautiful provinces of France. When you are driving through the rolling landscape, it is hard to visualise a lovely little paradise such as LE COUDERC, consisting of a lovely valley surrounding a hill, on which the entrance and reception are situated. At the bottom of the hill you will find the crystal clear spring, which has been utilized for hundreds of years. This spring feeds a little stream which runs along one of our camping meadows.

In the Catalan Pyrenees, close to the Mediterranean coast and a stone's throw from the Spanish border, the Mas de la Balma is at Vallespir, at the foot of Mount Canigou. A true haven of greenery and peace, the streams are flowing, a bath under the waterfall and the heat of a summer's afternoon will be but a memory.
