Ashdene Naturist Club is situated near to Brighouse in Yorkshire, within easy reach of the M62 motorway. The nearest city is Leeds, about 12 miles away. The nearest shopping centre is Brighouse with it's High Street shops, Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarkets is about 3 miles away. A lot of our members prefer to walk into Brighouse along the banks of the Calder canal. This is a very pleasant walk - I am assured that it is possible to pass some very pleasant pubs on the way. Founded in 1986, Ashdene has developed into one of the premier Naturist clubs in England. We are primarily a Member's Club having some 40 plots for member's caravans, each with mains water and electricity. The plots are well maintained and one regularly finds the plot holders laying slabs, planting flowers or generally making their plots more comfortable and attractive.

It first leased the club grounds, Pineglades, in 1952 and over a period of years it has been transformed into what has been described as one of the most pleasant naturist sites in Britain. Membership is at present about 70 units (A unit being a single, couple or family) and has been increasing steadily over the last few years as more and more people discover the attractions of a lifestyle in which clothing can be cast off freely, to enjoy natural leisure.
